TYPES OF MASSAGE WE OFFER

With our busy lives today many of us find it difficult to give ourselves permission to take care of ourselves. There is always time for everyone else. What about you?

Allow me to be there for you or someone special with one or any combination of the following.

THAI BODY WORK

It has been called lazy man’s Yoga. With several of the properties of yoga, reflexology and acupressure all in one blockages are released through out the body and the energy flow increases. This relaxes tension in the body and the mind while giving a release not often achieved in normal massage.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Special stones from British Columbia are used to transfer nourishing heat from the stones to specific problem areas. The stones are slid across the body in a pattern that increases the energy while unlocking the stress. Some clients say that it feels like a long hot bath as well as a massage.

REFLEXOLOGY

These points or zones on the feet relate to different organs in the body. The stimulation of points encourages blood flow which can boost the immune system. While the mind and body relax issues of insomnia and fatigue can be addressed.

JIN SHIN DO®

Simple, direct finger pressure is used to help release knots, blockages and chronic aches and pains. Think of stones in a river that blocks the flow. Releasing these tense or sensitive areas is a body and mind experience.

SEATED CHAIR MASSAGE ADVANTAGE

This relaxation massage is done in a specially designed chair. Various massage techniques are used to help relieve tensions and discomforts. This experience is invigorating as well as a relaxing break in your or anyone’s day.

RAINDROP THERAPY

Thirteen different essential oils that are antibacterial and antiviral are applied along the spine followed by hot compresses. This technique is based on the Lakota Native Healing Technique. It can help with shorting the length of time one suffers with a cold or the flu, plus any general discomfort one is feeling.
